My login isn't working

Current students, faculty, staff, and affiliates should be able to use your UNE username and password to access nearly all of the libraries' online resources; this is the same username and password that you use for OKTA, Brightspace, and other UNE online services.
If you are not able to log into library resources with your usual login, please:
- Use a private/incognito tab in your current browser or try a different browser, and
- Type in your username and password manually (no password manager)
If this solves your problem, perform a hard refresh on your usual browser - ctrl+refresh on a PC or command+refresh on a Mac. If this does not help, try clearing your browser history.

Exceptions:
The cloudLibrary database and MaineCat are exceptions: You will be prompted to sign in with your library card number - use your 9 digit UNE PRN (personal reference number.) You can find this number in OKTA by clicking on the arrow next to your name in the upper right corner and choosing settings.
