My login isn't working

Current students, faculty, staff, and affiliates should be able to use your UNE ID and password to access nearly all of the libraries' online resources; this is the same username and password that you use for Brightspace, UNE email, OKTA etc. 

If you are not able to log into library resources with your usual login, please:

  1. Use a private/incognito tab in your current browser or try a different browser, and 
  2. Type in your username and password manually (no password manager)

If the above helps, then hard refreshing your regular browser window (ctrl+refresh; command+refresh in a Mac) should solve the issue.

Otherwise, you will need to change your Okta password and wait 30 minutes before logging in to library resources.
