How do I reset my password?

To reset your UNE OKTA password:
- Go to OKTA and log in with your existing password.
- Click on your name in the upper right of the webpage
- Select "Settings"
- Fill out the Change Password section and click Change Password.
- Wait 30 minutes before trying to login to Library Services again.
This will reset your password for all UNE OKTA services including email, Brightspace, U-Online as well as library services.
