How do I clear my browser history?

Answer

When you use a web browser, it saves some information to your computer in the form of a cache and cookies. This can sometimes cause issues with your access to webpages or subscription resources. To fix any access issues, try clearing your browser history:

Hard Refresh:

If you just need to refresh the page you are using, you can try a hard refresh - hold down the shift key (options key on a mac) while you click the refresh circle on your browser

To clear your browser history:

Chrome
Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner and select "More Tools" and then "Clear Browsing Data.
Firefox
Click on the three vertical lines in the upper right corner and select "History", then "Clear recent history.
Safari
From the top menu, select History and Clear History
Edge
click on the three horizontal dots in the upper right menu and select "History." Click on the three horizontal dots in the pop up menu that appears and select "Clear Browsing Data."
