Why is my e-book unavailable?

A very small number of our online books and journals have restrictions set by publishers which only allow one person to have access at a time, as if it were a print resource. If you see a message that says "The limit for concurrent users has been reached" or that "all licenses are in use" then someone else is using the title. Your best bet is to try again later to see if the original user has finished with the text.
