How do I find peer-reviewed articles
Answer
To find peer-reviewed articles for your research:
- Use the search library resources. You will see options on the left side to limit your results to show only peer-reviewed articles.
- Look in a journal which is peer-reviewed. Articles published in a peer-reviewed journal will be peer-reviewed. Be careful, though, as letters and other editorial content are not considered peer-reviewed, even when published in a peer-reviewed journal.
- Most research databases have filter options. Find Research Databases relevant to your subject area
- Ask a Librarian - if you aren't sure if an article is peer-reviewed, or can't find a peer-reviewed article on your topic, ask us; a librarian can help!
