Is food allowed in the library?

Yes! But please be considerate of others. Stay away from foods with strong smells, and if you make a mess, clean it up or report it to library staff so that we can have it cleaned.
Both campus libraries have vending machines, hot and cold water, and microwaves available. The Portland Campus library has a refrigerator for day use by UNE students. Learn more about our library spaces.
